We provide associates with flexible work arrangements and actively support those who take advantage of them. We believe that a reduced work schedule in no way diminishes a lawyers’ professionalism or commitment, and should not hinder opportunities for professional growth, experience and career advancement.

Alternative work schedules must be fair, ensure clients’ needs are met and preserve an associate’s professional development path. While we will support this arrangement, you too must be flexible to accommodate some work on an irregular schedule, travel and occasionally take part in highly concentrated periods of work.
